Natalija Milovanović (1995) holds a master’s degree in Translation Studies and her working languages are German, English, Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian/
Montenegrin, and Slovenian. She has largely translated poetry for Slovenian literary magazines and festivals (including works by Tanja Stupar Trifunović, Denis Ćosić, Jana Radičević, Barbara Delać, Stevan Tatalović, Bojan Marjanović…) and co-translated the anthology Biće bolje/Bo že (bilingual, SKC Danilo Kiš Ljubljana , 2019). Aside from translating, she writes poetry and organises literary readings. Her poetry collection Samoumevno [Taken for Granted] was named Best Debut at the 37th Slovenian Book Fair and was selected for the annual booklet 10 Books from Slovenia (available
in English) as well as for Pranger Festival, a gathering of poets , critics , and translators of poetry in Rogaška Slatina. She currently lives in Graz.
