Simona Popov
Simona Popov (1982, Pančevo, Serbia) graduated with a degree in Romanian Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, where she currently teaches Romanian syntax and translation from Romanian into
Serbian and vice versa. Over the years she has gained extensive experience in consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, while also translating literature. One of the goals she set for herself is to translate books and to encourage students to embark on the adventure of bridging different cultures and bringing them together via translations that convey the essence of what the
author envisioned in the source language.
