Tamara Britka graduated from the University of Belgrade’s Department of Dutch Studies. She has also completed an MA programme at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands, specialising in the literature and culture of the Low Countries. She currently teaches Dutch language and literature of the Low Countries at the University of Belgrade, and translates fiction, non-fiction, and legal documents from Dutch to Serbian.
