Maurizio Amendola is an Italian novelist, screenwriter and story editor. He works on film and television projects in Italy and internationally. After being part of the anthology “Per rabbia o per amore”, his debut novel, Il laureando, was published by 66thand2nd in 2023. He teaches screenwriting and creative writing and mentors emerging writers, collaborating with institutions including Scuola Holden and Escuela de Escritores in Madrid. He is currently completing the European Master in Creative Writing at ArtEZ University of the Arts, where his artistic research explores narrative form, memory and displacement. He has also contributed to the forthcoming Bloomsbury volume "The Works of the Romanian Screenwriters".
