Matías Candeira (1984) is a writer and screenwriter. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media from Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a degree in Screenwriting from ECAM (School of Cinematography and Visual Arts of Madrid). He is the author of the novel Fiebre (Fever, Candaya, Barcelona, 2015) and four collections of short stories. Since 2010, he has been awarded some prestigious literary grants. He was also included by ABC newspaper and El Cultural literary supplement, in their Best of Young Spanish-Language Novelists list, published in 2013 and 2015.
