Zofia Kręc holds a degree in Slavic studies with a focus on Bulgarian language and culture. She is a co-founder and editorial team member of Smokiniata, a magazine for young Slavists. Her translation work includes contributions to events such as the International Warsaw Storytelling Festival, and the translation of an audiobook by Bulgarian investigative journalist Nikolay Stoyanov.
