Rebekka de Wit (1985) is a writer of novels and plays. She graduated from the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp with the performance Hoe dit het verhaal werd (How this became a story). With her play Stel je voor, ik zoek een staat (Imagine, I’m looking for a state) she won the SABAM writer prize. In 2010 she also qualified for Write Now! in Antwerp. De Wit published in multiple journals including DW B and Das Magazin. In 2015 she wrote her first novel: We komen nog één wonder tekort (We are Short of one More Miracle). Since 2016 she runs theatre company De Tijd as the artistic leader.
