Role: translator

Marta Talacha translates from Dutch, German, and French into Polish. She has been awarded first prizes in translation competitions for her exceptional creativity, and has enriched her practice through literary residencies for writers and translators, as well as workshops in the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. She is a member of the Polish Literary Translators Association, holds degrees in Dutch and German philology, and has also studied comparative literature at a university in France. Furthermore, she is passionate about projects that creatively utilise languages to enable meaningful engagement with cultural diversity, and foster connections across different fields of knowledge and expression.
