Magdalena Sodomková is a Czech investigative journalist who works with both Czech and international media outlets. She serves as a fixer for prominent publications and networks, including Dagens Nyheter, De Volkskrant, Al Jazeera, Le Monde, and NBC, among others. Throughout her career, she has won numerous journalism awards, including the prestigious Czech-German Milena Jesenská Journalism Award.

Sodomková is also the co-author of the audiovisual series Yusra: Swim for Your Life!, produced by Czech Radio and the BBC. She authored the true crime book Mathematics of Crime and co-created the podcast of the same name with Brit Jensen, which later became the basis for the Voyo TV series. The series, directed by Petr Bebjak, has also received several awards, including the Czech Lion.

Sodomková is the co-author, alongside photographer Lam Duc Hien, of the forthcoming documentary book In the Land of Pomegranates: Iraqi Kurdistan.
