Ianire Doistua

Ianire Doistua is a writer and author of the novel Una casa de verdad (Tres Hermanas, 2021), the collection of short stories De qué se esconden las tortugas (Tres hermanas, 2024), and several children's books. She has also published short stories in various anthologies and literary magazines, including Temporales (New York University), La Gran Belleza and Quimera.

Among her awards, she was selected by El Cultural (El Mundo) as one of the eight best debut novelists of 2021, and by Woman magazine (El Periódico) as one of the five emerging female authors of that year.

She currently teaches creative writing at Escuela de Escritores, Mujeres bookshop, and The Core School of the International Enterprise University (UNIE). She has also taught at Nebrija University and worked as a copywriter for advertising agencies including McCann.
