George Doru Ivan (b. 1993) has been passionate about Italian culture ever since he can remember. He graduated from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Bucharest, specializing in Romanian-Italian Studies. He continued with a Master's degree in Latin-Romance Translation Studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures within the same university. During his Master's program, he studied at the University of Bologna through an Erasmus scholarship, deepening his knowledge of the Italian language and culture. After a period spent in the private sector, working in fields such as HR and content writing, he decided to pursue his vocation as a teacher. He currently teaches Italian at a high school in Bucharest. When he is not at school, he enjoys reading, playing the guitar or organizing Italian language camps to make children fall in love with the Italian language.
