Anna Bezpala (2004) is a writer, student, and cultural diplomat. She had her first publication at the age of 16 in the anthology Izoliatsiia (2021), featuring finalists of the Antytvir competition organized by the Book Arsenal. At 19, she won a place in the grant programme of the professional and creative writing school Litosvita, within which she completed her debut historical novel Кассандра курить папіроси (Cassandra Smokes Cigarettes), published in May 2025.

She is currently working on her second book, commissioned by the Dutch publishing house Uitgeverij Passage. In addition to her writing, from 2023 to 2024 Anna headed the literary programme at the Ukrainian House in Denmark, and since 2024 has been working on literary and artistic events for the Vataha Foundation in the Netherlands.
