
Andreea Bălteanu
Andreea Bălteanu (b. 2001) holds a bachelor’s degree in Dutch and German Language and Literature from the University of Bucharest. She also holds a master’s degree in Dutch and German Linguistics and Literature from the Ghent University, where she wrote her dissertation on the diachronically representation and function of animals in Dutch bestiaries. During her studies she attended various translation workshops that offered her the opportunity to familiarize herself with the works of Belgian and Dutch writers such as Maud Vanhauwaert, Lisa Weeda and Dean Bowen.
