We are proud to announce the newly selected writers and translators of the third edition of CELA! Together with external boards and juries, the CELA partners have put delicate effort in selecting the new 132 talents of this first cycle of program from an overwhelming amount of applications. The network will be increased by the selection of 33 additional writers in 2026.

CELA is a European talent development program for emerging writers and translators across 11 countries, supported by @creative.eu. By building a growing network of literary artists across Europe through translating and promoting literary works in non-native languages, CELA aims to break through uneven literary infrastructures in different countries, and to open possibilities to reach European audiences beyond borders.
